We collect information you provide directly: email address, username, and password when creating an account. If you sign in via Discord, we receive your Discord username, ID, and avatar. When you make a purchase, payment information is processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago) — we do not store credit card numbers. We also collect your hardware ID (HWID) for license binding purposes and your IP address for security and rate limiting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain our services, process payments and manage subscriptions, bind software licenses to your hardware, send service-related communications (password resets, subscription notices), and improve our services.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago) to process transactions, Cloudflare for CDN and security services, Resend for transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via NextAuth.js). These are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained to allow future reactivation. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, export your data, and withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via our support system.

7. Security

We protect your data using: encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing), HTTPS for all connections, RSA-signed software manifests, and secure session management. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
