By accessing or using L2jExalted services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
L2jExalted provides: server emulator software distributed as compiled Java archives (JARs), a white-label game launcher service, configuration files and documentation, and technical support based on your subscription tier.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing account credentials or licenses with third parties is prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. A one-time registration fee is charged upon initial subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact support for a full refund of your registration fee and first payment. After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use L2jExalted software on one server instance. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or decompilation of our software is strictly prohibited. See our License Agreement for full terms.
L2jExalted software, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of the L2jExalted team. Lineage 2 and related logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of NCSOFT Corporation. L2jExalted is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with NCSOFT Corporation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our software complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for: the legal operation of any server you run using our software, compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, ensuring your server does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, and the content and behavior on servers you operate.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: violate these Terms of Service, redistribute our software, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or use our services for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked.
L2jExalted is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: server downtime, data loss, revenue loss from server operations, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
